Note: A Storage Removal Charge of $50.00 (G) will be assessed to orders needing to be pulled from the warehouse earlier than their requested ship date.

Indicate ship date preference on P.O. Orders begin shipping in August on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Due to heavy shipping volume, we reserve the right to release orders up to 5 business days prior to requested ship date.
